Stephanie possesses the rarest of combinations: medical skills honed from over three decades of experience as an RN in plastic surgery and dermatology settings. It’s this delicate and rare intersection of experience, medical training, and elegance that have made Stephanie the preferred provider for discriminating clients that demand the very best.
She’s been recognized by Dr. Zein Obagi with permanent placement on the prestigious ZO®️ Skin Health Legacy Crew selected from over 4500 accounts nationally. This small number of individuals have exhibited an unusually high degree of technical expertise and commitment to clinical skincare.
She was also the first in the midwest territory to become certified as a ZO Skin Specialist and ZO Skin Expert and has been a guest speaker at ZO Skin Health’s National Sales meeting.
Stephanie has been involved with many charities including LLS, Ronald McDonald House and Children and Families of Iowa to name a few. Stephanie has served on the Broadlawn’s Medical Center Foundation board and the One Iowa board. She was also a Business Record, Forty Under 40 recipient.
EMILY NIEMEYER, LE
Emily Niemeyer brings a unique skill set to Clinical Aesthetics. Even before she graduated high school, she worked at Von Maur by cleaning brushes for trend show events. Her aesthetic talent was immediately recognized and she was quickly promoted to a freelance makeup artist for Laura Mercier and Chanel. In 2016 she graduated from college with her Visual Communications degree where her love of photography and graphic design was born.
With a desire to help her makeup and photography clients with their skin struggles, she decided to obtain her esthetics degree. In addition to seeing patients for medical grade skincare, facials and lash and brow services, she offers private consultations on how to apply makeup and professional makeup application. She is also a certified ZO Skin Health Expert. In addition, she assists Clinical Aesthetics with marketing, photography and event planning. In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband Alec and her two beautiful children.
TABETHA SCHRODER, NP-C
Tabetha Schroder is a board certified nurse practitioner and is the medical director at Clinical Aesthetics. Her medical career began in the cardiac surgical ICU at Mercy One in Des Moines where she worked for eight years. While working at the VA of Central Iowa she completed her BSN and MSN degrees. She acquired her Nurse Practitioner license in 2021 and currently works at the VA in their ICU. Tabetha enjoys learning and practicing in this rewarding specialty of aesthetics. Tabetha is married and has three children and when not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading and golfing.
TALIA KRAMER - COSMETIC COORDINATOR
Talia is the first person who will greet you when you come to Clinical Aesthetics. She has a background in early childhood education. She has always had an interest in aesthetics and is a certified ZO Skin Health Expert. She is married to Luke. Outside of work she enjoys traveling and playing with her dog, Maverick.
