Cancellation & No Show Policy

Clinical Aesthetics has a cancellation & no show policy in order to be fair to all clients.

We kindly ask that you review our cancellation and no-show policy so we can continue to provide the best care to all patients.

• Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a charge of up to the cost of your appointment.
• New appointments that are not canceled at least 24 hours in advance will not be rescheduled.

• Clients may reschedule the same appointment one time.  

• Repeated rescheduling may require a deposit for future bookings.

We understand that life happens and know some circumstances may need further review. These will be taken on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting our providers’ time. We truly appreciate you and look forward to seeing you!
