STEPHANIE GANSKE, RN
Stephanie is the founder and owner of Clinical Aesthetics, with over 30 years of experience as a Registered Nurse specializing in plastic surgery, dermatology, and aesthetic medicine. She has spent more than 15 years as an aesthetic injector and is known for her “less is more” approach, focusing on natural, restorative treatments like EZGel/PRF and Sculptra®.
Recognized by Dr. Zein Obagi, Stephanie holds a permanent place on the ZO® Skin Health Legacy Crew—an elite group selected from over 4,500 accounts nationwide. She is also one of just 40 individuals across the U.S., Canada, and the Netherlands chosen as a ZO Skin Health Ambassador. A respected industry leader, she has spoken at regional and national ZO Skin Health events and was the first in the Midwest to become both a ZO Skin Specialist and ZO Skin Expert.
Stephanie offers complimentary consultations and is dedicated to helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals. She is also deeply involved in her community, supporting organizations such as the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Ronald McDonald House, and Children & Families of Iowa, and has served on the boards of Broadlawns Medical Center Foundation and One Iowa. She was honored as a Forty Under 40 recipient.
TABETHA SCHRODER, NP-C
Tabetha Schroder is a board certified nurse practitioner and is the medical director at Clinical Aesthetics. Her medical career began in the cardiac surgical ICU at Mercy One in Des Moines where she worked for eight years. While working at the VA of Central Iowa she completed her BSN and MSN degrees. She acquired her Nurse Practitioner license in 2021 and currently works at the VA in their ICU. Tabetha enjoys learning and practicing in this rewarding specialty of aesthetics. Tabetha is married and has three children and when not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading and golfing.
THERESA HOHERTZ, ARNP
Theresa is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in obstetrics and gynecology, gynecologic oncology, and medical aesthetics. She earned her Master of Nursing degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2009 and has dedicated her career to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Passionate about women’s health and helping patients feel confident and empowered, Theresa takes a personalized approach to care at every stage of life. She provides thorough good faith exams, which are comprehensive evaluations performed to understand each patient’s health history, concerns, and goals while ensuring appropriate, individualized care recommendations.
She resides in Earlham and enjoys traveling, creating memories, and spending time with her four children.
AUBREY JOHNSTONE - ESTHETICIAN STUDENT & COSMETIC COORDINATOR
Aubrey Johnstone is a passionate and motivated esthetician student from Clear Lake, Iowa, dedicated to helping patients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. She is currently completing her education at the Aveda Institute in Des Moines, where she is gaining hands-on experience in skincare treatments, patient care, and professional beauty services. Aubrey is actively shadowing at Clinical Aesthetics to further expand her knowledge and refine her skills. She is expected to graduate at the end of October.
TALIA KRAMER - COSMETIC COORDINATOR
As a Des Moines native and dedicated aesthetic coordinator, Talia specializes in customer service and is passionate about skincare. She holds an associate’s degree and is a ZO Skin Health Expert! Throughout her career, her experience has included serving as a front office coordinator at Des Moines golf courses and teaching preschool. She also loves spending time with her husband, enjoying moments with friends and family, going to concerts, and cozy nights at home with wine and a movie.
